Standard Processing: 1-3 business days
Pre-order Items: Depends on product availabilty, don’t worry we will remind you.
Custom/Made-to-Order Items: 5-10 business days (Currently not available.)

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will do our best to process orders on weekends, But if it does not, we ensure it will be processed within the next working day/business day. 

Anime Originals currently ships only in India. 🇮🇳

Order Tracking

• Tracking Information: Provided via email within 24 hours of shipment
• Tracking Portal: Available in your account dashboard & Customer Service.
• Updates: Automatic notifications for key delivery milestones will be sent by email.

Special Handling

Fragile Items

• All products have additional protective packaging.

Large Items

• Oversized merchandise may require special handling.
• Additional shipping charges may apply (calculated at checkout).

Pre-orders

• Items ship when manufacturer releases to our logistics partner
• Estimated ship dates provided on product pages

Delivery Information

Delivery Issues

Package Not Received:

• Contact us within 2 days of expected delivery.
• We will work with our logistics partner to investigate and resolve.

Damaged in Transit:

• Report damage within 24 hours of delivery. This issue is treated separately from sizing or color related replacement processing times.
• Please send 5 images for damage claims via support@test.animeoriginals.com.
• Replacement or refund will be processed after logistics partner confirmation.
