Yes, you can apply a coupon code during the checkout process. Simply enter the code in the designated field.

We process payments through Razorpay’s secure Payment Gateway. They generally accept UPI, Credit and Debit Cards, NetBanking etc.)

If your payment fails, you will be notified and given the option to try again or choose a different payment method within Razorpay’s Payment Gateway. After I buy

We usually ship orders within 1 to 2 business days.

‘Cancel Request’ button on the order page is provided for a period until it has been passed along to our shipping providers. Approving the cancellation is upto Anime Originals.

Once your order is shipped, the cancellation request may not be approved. That order can be returned in its original packed condition.

If your order still hasn’t reached you or has passed the estimated delivery date, email us at support@animeoriginals.com within 24 hours. We will enquire with our shipping partner and let you know as soon as we can.

You can apply for Return & Replacement of your products by going to the Tracking Page using ‘Track Your Order’ or
by using the Tracking link you received on email when the item was shipped.

We offer a 3 day replacement & return policy. You can apply for eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchange can only be performed once per order. Exchanged product cannot be exchanged again.

Eligibility means that we have a Quality Check process we follow before we approve a return, once the order has been completed – accepted and paid from your end. The items should be in their original packaging. We also require 3-5 photographs from all possible angles for EACH product.
